Limited Edition Pink Ribbon DS
The Limited Edition Pink Ribbon DS was recently released in honor of this year’s Breast Cancer Month. It is Limited Edition in the size of the run and that it supposedly will not be made again. I notice you can still get it for regular price at several places, so it is not like it is flying off the shelves, yet, but if you want it you might want to get it before the holiday season and DS potentially go out of stock again.
There really is not much special about the DS. It is colored white with a pink ribbon symbol on the top. It is nice in that it is not too much pink for those who are not big fans of the color, but still want to support breast cancer awareness and research. I kind of think the white aspect of it is the worst, though, because after having a white laptop I will never own a white electronic because they just get too dirty looking. I think it would have been better if it was done on a black DS. It would not get a dirty look as easy and I think the color combination would look better, too. Anyways I do think it is a good limited edition run for the same price as a regular DS with $5 per DS with a minimum of $100,000 being donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
