2009 Nintendo DS Releases I Am Looking Forward To

Published by kjscrafts at 7:12 am under Games Edit This

I do not usually look very far in advance at possible upcoming games, especially related to the Nintendo DS.  The main reason is that my game Q is always full and my word document list is quite lengthy as well, so I do not need it getting longer until the games actually come out.  With today being the start of a new year, though, I thought I would look at what is listed as coming soon and what sounds interesting to me, so here is my list of 2009 Nintendo DS Releases I Am Looking Forward To.

Big Bang Mini  - This is some sort of fireworks making game.  It sounds like it could be a dud of a game, but at the same time the uniqueness factor makes me interested in trying it out. Estimated release date: January 20

Gardening Mama  - This is from the Cooking Mama series, which I have enjoyed.  Plus, I also like gardening, although I stink at it in real life.  Perhaps in a video game I can be good at it. Estimated release date: March 2

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - Considering ever since the first set of Harry Potter games came out I have had to try them on like every system I own (I actually own the first one on at least 4 platforms and yes they were all unique), this is a must play for me. Estimated Release Date: July 14

Math Blaster in the Prime Adventure - Okay, this may sound like a weird one to be on my list, but honestly I loved the old Math Blaster games on my computer.  I will be checking this one out for nostalgic reasons and because yes I do like math games. Estimated Release Date: February 5

Scrabble - I love Scrabble and never have anyone to play with in person, so this sounds like a game that might even be purchase worthy for me. Estimated Release Date: March 3

Pokemon Platinum - I am still into the Pokemon games, so of course I want to try out the newest version. Estimated Release Date: March 22

Wonder World Amusement Park  - This mini game style game is on my list because I really enjoyed playing the Wii one and it seems like a game that can make a good transition to the DS platform. Estimated Release Date: January 20
